Custom Swimming Pool Contracting
What a Pool Contract Actually Covers

Most of what goes wrong on a pool project is not craftsmanship. It is sequencing, permits and the gaps between trades. A contractor’s job is to own those gaps.
- Site evaluation and design, including what the yard will and will not allow
- Permits and approvals, handled rather than handed to you
- Excavation, steel, plumbing and structural work
- Tile, coping, decking and finishes
- Equipment, lighting and automation
- Startup, inspection and showing you how to run it

From First Visit to Handover

1. Initial consultation
We walk the property, talk through what you want from the space, and give you a realistic budget before anything is drawn.
2. Design visualization
Experience your custom pool in digital 3D before construction begins, making adjustments easy and precise.
3. Equipment and features
Pumps, filtration, lighting and water features specified at design stage, because the plumbing for them is far cheaper to rough in now than to retrofit.
4. Finishing selections
Tile, coping and decking chosen together so the finish level is consistent rather than assembled piece by piece.
5. Construction
The build, with structural, plumbing and safety requirements managed as part of the contract rather than as your problem.
6. Completion and handover
Full inspection, startup, and a walkthrough so you know how to run the pool before we leave.
